Ice Pop Factory is a family-owned frozen dessert manufacturer based in Plant City, Florida.
Our business goes back more than 30 years, starting as one of the early Mexican paleteria operations in the area. What began with simple recipes, real fruit, and a lot of hands-on work has grown into the operation we run today.​

Over the years, we’ve expanded from retail pops into full-scale manufacturing, working with brands across the country to produce ice pops, bolis, and frozen dessert cups. Co-manufacturing is a big part of what we do. We help partners take an idea and turn it into a finished product that can actually be produced at scale, without losing what made it special in the first place.

Because we’ve been in this business for so long, we take a practical approach. We know what works, what doesn’t, and where things tend to go wrong. That experience lets us move faster, avoid common mistakes, and build products that hold up once they leave the small-batch stage.
Ice Pop Factory is still family-run and hands-on. The same people who built the business are involved day-to-day, working directly with our partners on the floor. We’re not chasing quick projects—we focus on long-term relationships and making products we’re proud to put our name behind.
